Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The order processing time is separate from the shipping time you see during checkout.

How Do I Track My Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We will not be responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact your carrier for further assistance.

Wrong Address

If you had a typo in your address, please reach out to us immediately, or within 24 hours of when the order is placed, and we will do our best to update the address for you. We are unable to edit, cancel, refund, or reship any orders once they are processed and have been shipped to an incorrect address. We recommend reaching out to your local post office to forward the shipment to your correct address.
